For large celebrations, baby showers and functions in Glasgow, we have two brand new function suites available - our Clarkston Suite which hosts up to 80 guests and The Grand Ballroom with a large capacity of up to 250. Each one of our private function rooms have been recently fully renovated to reveal bright, open spaces with neutral palettes, meaning if required you can decorate with your own style and colour scheme.
Both function spaces also have separate entrances meaning your event can happen in private, away from other restaurant visitors and hotel guests.

Why go home when you can stay with us? Our hotel has 17 bedrooms, including 2 suites, the ideal retreat for a great night's rest after your function.
We also offer the perfect wake up call after a late night with our delicious breakfast in the morning in The Bird & Bell.
We all had a fab time at my daughters 21st on Friday 3/12 in the Clarkston Suite at the newly refurbished Redhurst Hotel. Everyone was so helpful from the very beginning making sure we were well prepared for the big night! All the staff in the private function room, from the DJ to the guys behind the bar were brilliant! Buffet food was plentiful and tasted great! All in all a great night finished off with an overnight stay in one of the beautifully newly renovated rooms and a lovely breakfast in the morning! Wouldn’t hesitate to book a function here again!

Are your hotel function rooms near Glasgow?
The Redhurst Hotel is conveniently located in Giffnock, just a 15 minute drive south from the centre of Glasgow, or around 10 minutes from Glasgow Southside.
Do you offer event catering for your function suites?
Yes, we have a range of buffet, meal and catering options available in addition to our Bird & Bell hotel restaurant and private dining options.
Can you supply a DJ for my event?
Yes, we can offer a DJ for your event, and offer DJ hire as part of most of our celebration and party packages. See our function hire brochure for more details.
Do you offer room decorations?
Yes, we offer balloons, candelabras, decorative flowers, bouquets and more, see our brochure or get in touch for details.
Do you offer venue hire with accommodation?
Yes, as a hotel we can offer accommodation for event guests in our 17 comfortable rooms.
Our Grand Ballroom and Clarkston Suite function room are also accessible and are all on ground floor, one level.

Is there public transport close to the hotel?
Yes, Williamwood Train Station is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. From here you can easily travel around and can get to Glasgow City Centre for onward journeys from Glasgow Central and Glasgow Queen Street.
Can we choose our own band or DJ?
Yes you can choose your own band for your celebration, we will provide our venue DJ.
Can we have late music & late drinking?
We don’t operate a Residents Bar, however, our licence is till 1am apart from a Sunday which is 12am.
Do you have a Public Address (PA) system for speeches?
