SUMMER HAS ARRIVED AND SO HAS OUR ALL NEW FRUIT INFUSED CHARITY COCKTAIL
It’s heating up outside and we’ve got the perfect cocktail to keep you cool. Mouthwateringlyfruity and refreshing, we’ve collaborated with Edrington-Beam Suntory to create a cocktail for gin-lovers - the Strawberry Smash!
We’re delighted to say goodbye to lockdown and welcome you back, so to celebrate our re-opening at The Redhurst Hotel we’ve launched this gin mix - AKA summer in glass - in support of our amazing charity partner When You Wish Upon a Star Scotland.
Sip a glass of our special fruity mix on the terrace basking in the Scottish sunshine with friends, or enjoy it with a meal at The Bird & Bell Restaurant.

Our Mission with Strawberry Smash
We continue to support our incredible charity partner When You Wish Upon A Star Scotland, as they grant wishes for terminally ill children and their families. With every Strawberry Smash sold we will donate £1 directly to the charity.
Commenting on the new creation Scott Macintyre, head of operational development said:
“We wanted to create a summer inspired cocktail that also allowed us to give something back and continue the vital fundraising we do with When you Wish Upon a Star Scotland, with £1 from the sale of every cocktail going directly to the charity.”
This is just one of our fundraising initiatives to help us meet the goal of raising £90,000 - the cost to send a plane with sick children and their families to meet Santa in Lapland.
About When You Wish Upon a Star
When You Wish Upon a Star has a simple mission, to grant the Wishes of children aged 4-16 living with a life-threatening illness. They work everyday to ensure every child smiles; some children Wish to be a fairy princess or soldier for the day, meet celebrities or sporting heroes. When You Wish Upon A Star Scotland has the power to transform the lives of the children and families they work with.

We partnered with the UK’s premier supplier of whiskies and leading supplier of spirits for this exciting cocktail collaboration, Edrington-Beam Suntory.
